Prashant Tripathi – Advocate & Social Worker

fighting for farmers, wrestlers, laborers, and marginalized communities.

A simple boy from the soil of Sahjanwa, Gorakhpur, who carved his own path through struggle, education, and determination. From student movements to the Supreme Court, my journey is not only mine but the story of all those who live for justice, equality, and change.

My Journey

Dedication, Service, and Justice: The Cornerstones of My Work

Having witnessed the challenges of the poor and marginalized closely, I decided to dedicate my life to education and justice. I completed my M.A. in Political Science, LL.B., and LL.M., and today I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Law. My research focuses on industrial pollution in the GIDA area of Gorakhpur and its impact on society. This work is deeply connected to my hometown and the lives of the people living there.

My journey began with the student union, where I learned that student politics is not limited to universities, but is the preparation ground for society’s real struggles. From my student life itself, I raised my voice for the rights of the poor and underprivileged. That same vision eventually brought me to the Supreme Court, where today I stand as an advocate fighting for farmers, wrestlers, laborers, and marginalized communities.

The guiding force of my life comes from the teachings of the great leaders who showed us the path of justice, equality, and patriotism:
• Dr. B.R. Ambedkar – the champion of social justice and the power of the Constitution.
• Chandrashekhar Azad and Bhagat Singh – symbols of courage, sacrifice, and revolution.
• Swami Vivekananda – the visionary who inspired youth for nation-building.
